Fair condition, large, white softcover with a fold-up map and a DVD kept in a pouch attached to the back inside cover. The cover has some small tears, small pieces torn off the edges of the spine, creased corners, wrinkling, and scuffing. The front inside cover has writing in pen. The title page has writing in pencil, and eraser marks. Some pages have dark marks on the edges. Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
