Fair condition, loose leaf softcover stored in a black binder.  The binder has some pale scuff marks, fading, and the name of a previous owner engraved upon it.  The cover of the book has stains, creasing, an ink stamp, writing in pen, pencil, and eraser marks.  Some pages have highlighting in marker, or marks or notes written in pencil.  Text throughout is legible.
