The cover is quite worn, and it is hard to read the title on the spine of the book. The corners are slightly bent inward. Pages 25-48 are loosely connected to the spine. Book is in decent condition. There is a hole on the first page, on the right side. There appears to be some text written in black ink on the next page (see image)
