Fair condition, thin, staple-bound, softcover booklet.  The cover has stains, creasing, scuffing, and small tears and minor wear at the corners and edges.  The inside front cover has writing in pen.  The inside covers have spotting.  A couple pages also have some spotting, but it does not interfere with the text.  The first page has writing in pencil and some eraser marks.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
