Fair condition, very small, thick, red softcover with a hardcover spine, but no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffs, stains, scratches, fraying, tears, and bent corners.  The binding is torn.  The first page has a fading stamp.  Some pages have been torn from the binding, but are still included.  There are some pages with writing in pencil, or stains…………………..v1 Bx1592
