Good condition, thin, red hardcover with no dust jacket.  Cover has minor wear from age.  Cover page has the signature of a previous owner in black ink.  Title page has the signatures of both compilers!  Additionally, title page has some pencil marks and a stain from news clippings that had been pasted between the pages.  Last page has a long mark of blue ink (pen).  The rare pamphlet is taped before the last fly leaf (see bottom for condition description of pamphlet).
