Good condition, thin, red hardcover with no dust jacket.  Cover has minor wear from age.  Cover page has the signature of a previous owner in black ink.  Title page has the signatures of both compilers!  Additionally, title page has some pencil marks and a stain from news clippings that had been pasted between the pages.  Last page has a long mark of blue ink (pen).  The rare pamphlet is taped before the last fly leaf (see bottom for condition description of pamphlet).

Good condition, thin, pink pamphlet.  Spine is taped to the inside of the book.  Cover has pencil inscriptions from a previous owner.  All the pages and cover have been creased down the middle vertically.  Otherwise, the pamphlet is in great shape.
