Fair condition, large, very thick, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The spine has been torn off.  The covers are detached from the bindings, and both have pieces torn off, tears, scuffing, warping, fraying, peeling, and fading.  The exposed binding has some pieces torn off, tears, and fraying.  The binding has been torn in half, causing the pages to be separated in two.  Some pages have tears, pieces torn off, stains, wrinkling, or creases.  The second page has some writing in pencil, and eraser marks.
