Fair-good condition, large, thin, blue softcover, with a blue tape on the spine (which tape has some tears and scuffs, but the binding of the book is unaffected).  The cover has a long tear on the back, discoloration at the edges, some stains, large creases, some small tears at the edges, and some fraying at the corners.  The inside front cover has a large sticker.  The title page has some writing in pencil.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
