Prescott Memorial (1870, First Edition, Hardcover, Green Faux Leather) Binding is still holding but becoming loose. There are a couple loose pages within the book. An inscription written on the inside of the front cover and on the first page. Pages have some small stain marks (see pic in gallery). Cover, front and back, shows wear with rub marks/scuffs/ tears. Bottom of spine is torn off.
