Good condition, small, thin, green hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some minor scuffs, and some minor stains, with some wear at the corners.  The inside back cover has an old sticker.  The flyleaf has the signature and inscription written in pen!  The flyleaf also has some writing in pencil.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
