4 Signed Copies: “Report of Attendance on Assigned Stake Temple Day, 23 Apr. 1964”

These four papers (reports) have a signature that is supposedly that of the Salt Lake Temple President.

We can only make out the last name of Smith, but the President of that temple in 1964 was Willard Richards Smith. 

You get all four.
