Fair-good condition, thin, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  Cover has several scuff marks, and some scratches.  The spine has some fraying at the edges.  The internal binding is torn.  The inside front cover has a signature (hard to completely understand) and an inscription written in red ink that says, “This book was given me by Fern Stewart of Lehi, Utah July, 192.  (My Husband Theo J. Walker was a relative of Fern Stewart).”  The fly leaf has some pencil marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible………………………………………v281 Bx89
