Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some scuffing, and some minor residue.  Some pages have stains on the edges.  The front inside cover has a marker scribble, and some writing in pencil.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The back flyleaf has a stain where a price sticker was removed.  The internal binding is slightly loose.  Some pages have marks, underlining, or notes in pencil.
