Fair condition, thin, hardcover with a spine that has faded heavily to tan.  The cover has stains, scuff marks, some bubbling, wrinkling at the edges of the spine, and the corners are slightly crushed, with small tears and fraying.  The internal binding is torn, causing all the pages to be separated from the covers and spine.  The inside covers and flyleaves have heavy wrinkling and creasing.  The front inside cover has writing in pencil, a stamp, and a sticker.   The front flyleaf has a corner torn off, and some writing in pencil.  Some pages are creased, or have small tears on the edges. or have minor stains, however the text throughout is clear and legible.
