Fair condition small, thin, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, scuff marks, fading, scratches, and some tears and fraying at the corners, some of which are bent.  The internal binding is torn and slightly loose.  The inside front cover has some writing in pencil.  The first two pages have small pieces torn off the edges.  Some pages are dogeared.  The flyleaf has writing in pencil.  The flyleaf and title page have some stains.  Some pages have minor stains in the margins, but the text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
