Fair condition, thin, burgundy hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, bubbling, scuffing, crushed corners, fading, and tears and fraying at the corners.   The internal binding is torn and detaching.   The first page has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The inside back cover has a long tear.  The inside covers and the back flyleaf has wrinkling, and stains.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
