Fair condition, small, thin, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has adhesive residue, heavy scuffing, fading, some tears, and fraying.  The internal binding is torn, and has some pages have pieces torn off where the tears in the binding are found.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  The inside covers have tearing and tape.  The front flyleaf has two stamps, some writing in pen, pencil, and eraser marks.  Some pages have faint stains at the edges, or tiny pieces torn off the edges.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
