Fair condition, tan softcover.  The cover has writing in pencil, eraser marks, heavy scuffing, heavy fading, heavy wrinkling, long tears and creases.  The front inside cover has a tiny calendar taped to it, which tape has left stains on the title page, and a few pages after it.  The inside covers also have scuff marks and writing in pencil.  Some pages have tears, pieces torn off, or creases on the corners and edges.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
