Fair condition, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, scratches, some dents on the edges, bent corners, and tears and fraying at the corners and edges.  The internal binding is torn and very loose.  The inside cover and front flyleaf has writing in pen.  The front flyleaf ahs some writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The edges of the pages have yellowing.  Some pages have highlighting in marker or scuff marks, but the text throughout is clear and legible.
