Fair condition, dark burgundy hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuff marks, fading, some fraying at the corners, and some wear at the corners and edges.  The internal binding is slightly loose.  The inside covers and flyleaves have large stains.  The front flyleaf has writing in pen, pencil, and eraser marks.  The front flyleaf and back inside cover has stamps, writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have creased corners.  A few pages have small stains in the margins.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
