Fair condition, small, very thick, black vinyl book.  The cover has scratches, tearing where an engraved name was scratched out, and creasing.  The internal binding is torn, and a bit loose, causing a few pages to be partially detached from the binding.  The pages throughout have highlighting in pencil and marker, or wrinkling.  The third flyleaf has writing in pencil.
