Fair condition, thick, brown, leather-bound book.  The cover has the remains of a the name of a previous owner’s engraving that had been mostly scratched off, and a moderate tear on the back.  The flyleaves have stains, small pieces torn off, or creases.  Some pages have wrinkling, creases, and some of the pages have the indexing tabs missing.  Some pages also have highlighting or underlining written in marker.
