Fair condition, very thick, brown, leather-bound book with two thin pamphlets.  The ribbon bookmarks of the quadruple combination have fraying.  The pamphlets have creases, wrinkling, stains, residue, yellowing, and small tears.  The quadruple combination has scuffing, small pieces torn off, and the name of a previous owner engraved on the front of the cover.  Additionally, it has scuffing and scratches on the page edges, some pages with stickers, creases, tears, or stains, and some of the indexing tabs are missing.  The third flyleaf has writing in pen and pencil, and eraser marks.
