Fair condition, maroon hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some stains, dents, scratches, scuffs, some minor tears, fraying, and some crushed corners.  The internal binding is torn and loose.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains and yellowing, and writing in pen and pencil, along with some eraser marks.  Some pages have pencil marks, but the text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
