Good condition hardcover with a fair condition dust jacket with an off-white and gray spine, and a mylar cover.  The mylar cover has some scratches.  The dust jacket has some small stains (especially on the bottom right corner on the back).  The title page has a signature and inscription written in pen!  The title page also has some writing in pencil.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
