Fair condition hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, fading, long tears on the spine, fraying, peeling, and the corners have tears and fraying.  The internal binding is torn and loose.  The first two pages are detached from the binding.  Some pages are partially detached from the binding.  The edges of some pages have stains or ink spots.  The second flyleaf has writing in pen, pencil, and eraser marks.  The title page has stains.  Some pages have small tears on their edges.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
