Fair condition, small, thin, brown, leather-bound book.  Cover has moderate wear, with scuffing, some fraying at the corners, and some stains.  The internal binding is torn.  The inside covers and fly leaves have some stains, and some pencil marks.  The front fly leaf has two faded inscriptions, one being near indiciferable, and the other being written in blue ink.  There are also some pencil marks.  The back fly leaf has a list of names written in pencil.  The text throughout is clean, clear, and legible……………………………………….v4a Bx89
