Brown cloth; binding slightly loosening. Title page and half-title page are both nice. Ink inscription inside front cover states: “John H. Wootton, American Fork, Utah.” Text is clean throughout. Binding is quite worn and in the middle of the spine there is a piece of the cloth missing that is about a half inch wide and a quarter inch tall. Fair overall.
