Good condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has the name of a previous owner engraved upon it, a couple of the corners and the right edge of the spine are slightly crushed.  The inside front cover has some tearing where something with adhesive had been removed.  The inside cover and the front flyleaf has writing in pencil.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
