3 fair condition, dark blue hardcovers with no dust jackets.  The covers have some scuffing, adhesive residue, the remains of old price stickers, slightly bent corners, and the cover of the 1977 edition has had an engraving scratched off of it.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  Some pages have creases.  The front flyleaves have writing in pencil.  Text and illustrations throughout each book are clear and legible.
