Fair condition hardcover with a dust jacket with a pale blue and dark brown spine, and a mylar cover that has been attached to the dust jacket with tape.  The mylar cover has some residue, stains, and scuffing.  Some of the tape used to attach it has been torn off.  The dust jacket has some small tears, small pieces torn off, and creases.  The cover has some bent corners and scuffing.  The front flyleaf has signatures and an inscription written by the author and his wife.  The front flyleaf also has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
