Fair condition, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuff marks, scratches, some minor stains, discoloration, the edges and corners have some fraying and are bent.  The binding is loose.  The edges of some pages are stained.  the front inside cover has an inscription written in dark blue ink.  The flyleaf has some stains, and some blue and gray pencil and eraser marks.  A few pages have stains that do not interfere with the legibility of the text.  Some pages have tears against the binding, but are still attached to the binding.
