Fair condition, black, leather-bound book.  The front cover and front flyleaf are detached from the binding.  The covers and spine have large pieces torn off, tears, and the name of a previous owner engraved on it.  Some pages are detached from the binding, or have tears or pieces torn off (with the second flyleaf missing half of itself.  The following page has writing in pencil.  Some pages have notes or marks written in pen.
