At the bottom of the second page it states the following in fine print:

The Taiwan Taizhong Mission has prepared this compilation of The Book of Mormon solely as a language aid for missionaries studying Mandarin Chinese. Several sources were merged and compared to provide the most accurate text possible, including romanization from the Pinyin-Chinese English Book of Mormon previously published by the Taiwan Gaoxiong Mission. However, there will inevitably be errors in the romanization and in some cases the original Chinese. This compilation has been neither reviewed nor endorsed by the leadership of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and should not be considered scripture, but rather only as a language aid for missionaries studying Mandarn Chinese.

The book is hardcover; as pictured; someone has laminated the entire cover and there are creases or wrinkles in the lamination; it has a red ribbon bookmark. The text is clean throughout; there are no named inked inside and no notes of any kind.

Extremely Rare, for that Collector who thought he had everything, but doesn’t!
