Fair condition, 3/4 leather (leather spine and corners of boards) with a brown spine, and with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuff marks, scratches, stains, tears, and fraying, as well as some pieces torn off.  The internal binding is loose.  The fly leaf has some pencil marks.  Some pages have minor stains.  Many pages have penciled in notes throughout.
