Good condition, black vinyl book and a thin, white, staple-bound, softcover pamphlet inserted in between the back flyleaf and back inside cover of the vinyl book.  The cover of the vinyl book has some creasing, some pale scuff marks, the name of a previous owner engraved on the front, and an additional engraving on the back cover.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.  The pamphlet has minor wrinkling on the cover, but the text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
