The Book of Mormon

Fair condition, black hardcover with a fading spine, and no dust jacket.  The binding is crooked.  The cover has tears, pieces torn off, scuffing, fading, fraying, and bent corners.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  Some pages have stains on the edges, or creases.  The front inside cover has writing in pen.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil, eraser marks, and pen marks.  The back flyleaf has a tear.  Text throughout is clear and legible.
