Fair condition, grayish hardcover with no dust jacket (used to be black).  Cover has scuffing, scratches, and some minor wear.  The binding is very loose and tearing in places (fragile even).  Inside front cover has some stains.  The first page was torn out.  The next page has some pencil marks.  The page before the title page has a gift inscription in blue ink.  Pages 23-24 are torn, with a chunk missing from the top, and have been taped back together………………………….v11 Case D1
