Good condition softcover with a burgundy vinyl cover.  The cover has dust marks, some fading, scuff marks, and slight fraying.  The first page is discolored, and has writing in pen, and eraser marks.  The edge of the first page by the spine has some tears.  The cover page has some writing in pencil.  Text throughout is mostly clean, clear, and legible, but there are some red pencil markings here and there.
