Acceptable condition. The cover has scuffs, scratches, smudges, some stains, and some fraying at the edges. The front cover page has writing in pen, the first few pages are stained at the bottom, and many pages are creased at the top. All pages are yellowed due to age but are still clean and unmarked. The binding is loose due to tearing at the spine. The edges of the pages have scratches, smudges, and mild stains.
