Fair condition, small, maroon hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has fading, scuffing, dents, tears, some pieces torn off, and fraying.  The front inside cover has an address sticker.  Some pages are taped.  Also, some pages have small stains, but the text throughout is clear and legible.  The internal binding is slightly loose.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.
