The Story of the Book of Mormon (1888, 5th Edition, Hardcover) Binding is loosening. There is one page torn out (see pic). There are some annotations (see pic in gallery for example). Corner and edges show some shelf wear. Cover, front and back, shows wear with light scratch marks, scuff marks, and light dents. Spine has a couple small tears. Name and state written on the inside of the front cover.
