Good condition set of 8 audio cassettes, and a thin, staple-bound softcover kept within their original, large, blue, plastic case.  The case has a tear, and patches of adhesive residue.  The softcover book has some marks or writing in pencil in the text.  The labels of some of the cassettes have marks in pencil, pen, or marker, or residue.  But the cassettes themselves appear to still be in great shape.
