Succession in the Presidency of the Church (1894, Leather bound, 1st Edition) Cover shows wear with dings/water marks/scuff marks/smudge marks/light scratch marks. Corner and edges show shelf wear and the top of the spine is torn off (see picture). No writing/marks on pages except for the front cover and the back cover (see picture). Pages do show some light age staining. Binding is beginning to wear out but pages are still holding. Page end edge is uneven and has small speck stains.
