Envelope from the Presiding Bishop’s Office — Sent to President George Albert Smith — Stapled Chapters Inside

In ink, across the label on the envelope, is written “Pearl of G. Price.”

Inside the envelope we find chapters to a book, most of the chapters stapled together. They appear to be from the book COMMENTARY ON THE PEARL OF GREAT PRICE, but not all the chapters are there, and there is no title page or anything. There is a small note of some kind but not sure what it means.

What’s cool about this item is mostly the envelope!
