Hardcover biography of John R. Winder, an important early leader of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who served as First Counselor in the First Presidency under Joseph F. Smith from 1901 until his death in 1910. Winder was also prominent in Utah’s early political, military, business, and temple history and played an important role in the completion of the Salt Lake Temple.
