Salt Lake City: 1925. Black bendable leather binding; red gilt page edges. Text is clean but there is a small ink inscription inside the front cover; Binding has little wear, largely due to the fact that its still with its original box.

The photograph shows that the box is not in the greatest condition; its falling apart, but its present with the book.
