Fair condition, large, oblong, 3/4 leather hardcover with a black spine and no dust jacket.  The last page is missing.  The cover has scuffing, scratches, peeling, tears, pieces some large pieces torn off the spine, slightly bent corners, some bubbling, and some fraying.

The internal binding is torn and loose.  Some pages have stains or small tears on the edges, but the text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.

We saw one other book dealer online selling a copy for $1200.00.
