Fair condition, dark blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, scuff marks, bubbling, fading, and the corners and edges have some tears and fraying.  The inside front cover has writing in pen and pencil.  The internal binding is torn.  The front flyleaf has been torn out and is missing.  The edges of some pages have small tears, or tiny pieces torn off.  The title page has writing in pencil, some eraser marks, and some faint stains.  Some pages have creased corners, and some pages have small stains in the margins, but the text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
