Fair condition, dark gray hardcover with a laminated cover.  The cover also has scuffing, some crushed corners, and some small tears.  Both inside covers have ink stamps.  The title page has some marks and writing in pen, and the top margins has been cut out and is missing.  The internal binding is torn and a bit loose.  The following page has writing in pencil.  Some pages have stains, yellowing, small tears, or creases.
